Starting with a workshop and an inspection of an existing ropeway the current system was examined, including all the individual components and the overall project processes. On this basis, recommendations for the optimisation where developed. Subsequently, a guideline was drawn up with suggestions for improving project processes, the interfaces between clients, architects and construction companies, as well as design suggestions and goals. Targeted branding on individual elements of the station and the vehicles ensures an improved brand recognition of the international Doppelmayr Garaventa Group. Finally, an animation was created to support the company's internal and external communication. The publication of the animation in different media increases the visibility and awareness on the international market.
