The fully autonomously operating AURO ropeways completely revolutionize the possibilities for the use of ropeways - especially in urban areas. AURO Urban is the adaptation of this ropeway technology for use in the city of the future. The elements of the boarding area were further developed - based on the AURO Alpine technology - and optimised for urban applications and the differing requirements arising in this area. One main focus was the architecture of the station and its integration into the city. Through the station design, mobility hubs are created that open up new possibilities for connecting different transportation systems and revolutionising urban mobility in the long term.
