The development of the new operating display for material handlers focused on maximizing user comfort and optimizing functionality. To achieve this, users were involved early in the development process. In workshops with operators and sales teams, requirements and usage scenarios were analyzed to create an optimal structure and intuitive workflows. Close collaboration with technical development and extensive user testing ensured that the new HMI was implemented in a practical and user-friendly way. The result is a completely redesigned user interface with a clear structure and well-thought-out operating logic. It enables intuitive control of all machine functions, enhancing both efficiency and safety in daily operations.
